Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to maintain eligibility for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt until your refund is processed within 10 business days.
